I started up Rise Up Coaching & Consulting to serve people with the best of my talents. The face of a person smiling because they accomplish a goal, understand a concept or learn something new about the world, themselves, or others, brings me great joy!

My life journey has taken me through many challenging twists and turns. Therefore, I can empathize, with those who have tried and failed, those who have suffered great loss, those who have been crushed, hopeless, or humiliated. Once a victim of bullying and marital abuse I was by the grace of God, able to turn my life completely around and learn to step forward into light and hope again!

Now, I am here to deeply listen to you. You are the focus; how long has it been since you really felt heard and acknowledged? How long has it been since you felt excited about the future and able to see progress in your life? Are you stuck?

I am a coach however, I also function as a consultant or mentor in certain circumstances. I will share with you some insight, tips and tools, I’ve learned from my work in the field. I have decades of experience gleaned through teaching in multi-grade classrooms and many years of working in the position of principal. Having had recent boots on the ground, I do understand the often extremely difficult challenges of remaining in the field of education today. I also facilitate modified workshops for business owners and team leaders to support their staff in the use of best professional practices. Proper professional development is a game changer! Professional group development is one service I offer which can help teams meet their targets. However, if you have one employee or several employees that you feel would benefit from one on one support, I am pleased to help out in that way as well.

I still love teaching students, tutoring English allows me to work with these learners and enjoy seeing their progress. I do make house calls and have blocks of time specifically set aside on my calendar to offer this service. New Canadians are welcome! I can provide a program specifically tailored to the needs of each individual.
